If you have been charged more than once for a single transaction, please email us at ContactUs-Retail@vivaenergy.com.au with a screenshot of the transaction records showing the disputed charge.

Please include the last four digits of the card used for the purchase and a copy of your receipt if you have it available. Once we have received your email we will investigate and be in contact to discuss next steps.
